Our team has years of experience in security communications, and with many coming from a retail background, they’re perfectly placed to understand and resolve your issues. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR SUPPORT SERVICES

We go above and beyond to ensure that you are properly equipped to make the most of your StoreNet system, from day one and well into the future. This includes:

Initial store visit

Meeting our customers face to face allows us to fully understand the needs of their business or local area. On our initial site visit, we look to gather your requirements and get to know your business operation. That way, we can assess which of our services would be best for you.

On-site set up and training

Once we’ve confirmed the best bespoke package for your needs, we’ll hold an internal project meeting with the account management team and project engineers to discuss and confirm a radio system implementation plan.

As part of this, we’ll:

Gather key contact details for site surveys and building access requirements
Conduct coverage tests to ensure that the proposed system will operate within the designated area
Take into account pre-existing network connections and other systems in place so you can be confident knowing that our systems will run smoothly in tandem with your other tech
Review important health and safety documentation
Provide documentation including insurance and risk assessments to ensure a safe system installation
Arrange an official installation date where we’ll arrive on-site to carry out radio deployment to all users and deliver training
Work with all staff including management, security teams and front-of-house to deliver training on day-to-day use of the radio network; what to do in the case of an emergency alarm activation; and upkeep and basic maintenance

Our training is tailored to you and we won’t leave you to your own devices until you feel fully confident your team can effectively operate the radios unaided and make use of all the functions.

Aftercare and account management

Our support doesn’t end once the installation is complete. We’ll check in regularly with you after the installation to ensure everything is working as it should and performing to your expectations. If you encounter any issues, we can then look at making tweaks or adjustments to perfect the service.

In addition to the initial training provided, we can also offer regular ‘top-up’ knowledge sessions and updates to ensure that your staff are up to date with changes and innovations in the field.
