Once you’ve chosen a bespoke package that’s ideal for you and your business requirements, your dedicated Account Managers will start the project planning to ensure a smooth installation.


THE PROCESS

M.R.S. Communications internal project meeting with account management team and project engineers to discuss and confirm a radio system implementation plan that will include:

  • Gathering key contact details for your project with regards to site survey’s and building access requirements
  • Gather and provide important health and safety documentation that will include insurances and risk assessments to ensure a safe system installation
  • Account management team will arrange an official installation date where they will arrive on site and carry out radio deployment to all users including training on how to make best use out the radio.
  • Our online video resources include that teach everything from powering on radios and how to use the basic functions of each of the different radio solutions to panic alarm activations and understanding the display icons on your devices. We also have documents that can be very beneficial to read when you receive your bespoke radio solution as they have all the necessary information that can make the learning experience as smooth and effortless as possible. The documents include everything from general training notes of our solutions to the dos and don’ts of GDPR compliance.
